Daily routine
so my daily routine is pretty simple, but it helps me stay productive.
I usually wake up around 7AM sometimes 7:30, I’m not perfect! First, I wash my face, brush my teeth, and drink some water. Then, I have breakfast—something quick like toast
eggs or cereal with a cup of tea.
After breakfast, I start working or studying. Mornings are my best time for focus, so I try to do important tasks early. By 1 PM, I take a lunch break—maybe rice and veggies or a sandwich. And yes, I take a short nap after eating. 20 minutes, max! I’m not a robot; I need rest too.
In the afternoon, I finish my work or do some reading. If I feel tired, I take a 5-minute break—maybe stretch or check my phone (I know, bad habit!).
Around 6 PM, I go for a short walk or do light exercise. Nothing crazy, just enough to feel fresh. Then, dinner—sometimes I cook, sometimes it’s leftovers.
After dinner I relax with family, watch YouTube, or read. I try to review what I learned that day.
I sleep around 10:30 PM—unless I get stuck on my phone (oops!).
That’s it! Not perfect, but it works for me.
