Alright, so my favorite type of exercise has gotta be walking. It’s just the perfect mix of everything for me. You get a great low-impact workout. You’re just outside, moving. Experts say we should walk for about 20 to 30 minutes a day. And honestly, that time goes by so fast. You can listen to the podcast. Or just enjoy the quiet. It’s a great way to reset your mind. A perfect break.

I love that it’s not just physical. It’s mental too. Being outside completely clears my head. The fresh air. The rhythm of my steps. I always feel so much better afterwards.

And the best part? You can go at your own pace. Some days I wanna push myself and walk really fast. Other days, I just take a gentle stroll. It’s all good. There’s no pressure. Plus, it’s a fantastic activity to do with friends. Much better than just sitting inside a coffee shop, right?

So yeah, for me, it’s the ideal exercise. It keeps you healthy and happy. And you get to see your neighborhood in a new way. Definitely my top recommendation for anyone. Just find a nice path and give it a try.
